Frequently asked questions
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most smaller requests are turned around within a few working days. Larger pieces are broken into stages, so you see progress as we go.
How does onboarding work?
We start with a call to learn your brand, your audience and how your team works. We then set up your request board and brand library so you can start sending work straight away.
Who does the work?
Every subscription is overseen by our founder and creative director. Where a request needs a specialist, we bring in trusted people we have worked with before.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
You can add as many requests to your board as you like. We work through them in the order you set, with the number of active requests depending on your plan.
How do you handle larger requests?
Bigger pieces are split into smaller stages and delivered one at a time. Full brand identities, complete website builds and film productions are scoped as separate projects, and subscribers get priority booking.
How will I request designs?
Through a shared request board. Add a brief, attach any references, and we will take it from there.
What if I don’t like the design?
We keep refining until you are happy. Revisions on active requests are included in every plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans as your needs change. Changes and cancellations follow our subscription terms, which we walk you through before you start.
What if I only have a single project?
A subscription might not be the best fit. Take a look at our services or get in touch and we will recommend the right route.
